How do I book a session?

 

If you’re looking to book a session with an instructor you haven’t worked with before, just message the instructor. This will give you a chance to ask any questions you may have and see if they will be a good fit for you. Once you agree on the date and time of a session, the instructor will add it to the calendar. You will then receive a message asking you to confirm the session and pay for it. You will need to pay for the session ahead of time; you will not be able to access the session stream until you have paid for it.

If you’re looking to book with an instructor you’ve already worked with, go to their profile page; you’ll have the option of requesting a session with that instructor again. (Alternatively, you can just message them from your message board and ask for another session.) After they set the details and create the session on the calendar, you will receive a message asking you to confirm the session and pay for it.

As per the Cancellation And Rescheduling Policies, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made before this 24-hour window will be automatically refunded (if they were already paid for). However, in order to ensure your refund, all communication about booking and cancelling the session must take place via the platform’s messaging system. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will not be automatically refunded; however, you may discuss it with your instructor and, depending on your circumstances, they may opt to reschedule your session or give you a refund.
