What types of sessions can I teach?
This is up to you. As long as the type of session fits within the designated category, and as long as you have the certification, license, or diploma (if legally required) and the experience and education to teach it, you have creative reign over how you build your sessions.
As a fitness instructor, if you specialize in athletic performance, focus on that. As a yoga teacher, if you feel most comfortable with Ashtanga or Power yoga, you can devote yourself to that. Or if you’re a jack-of-all-trades type and can cater to the requests of your members, go for it! We just recommend that you indicate on your instructor profile (in the “My Approach” and/or “Specialties” sections) what members can expect from working with you.
