Should I follow up with clients after a session?

 

The platform will automatically message your member after completing a session with you, asking if they want to book the next session with you, but you are still welcome and encouraged to do this on your own. Feel free to send your clients “Thank You” messages a day or two after your sessions. This would be a great time to check in and see how they’re doing; to see if they have any questions, concerns, or additional feedback; to offer some additional tips; and/or to ask whether they would like to work with you again. This little gesture showing that you’re thinking about them can go a long way to building successful—and perhaps long-term—connections with your clients.
