How do I set or change my session rates?
You will be asked to set your rate when initially signing up as an instructor. You can always change this by editing your instructor profile or by going directly to the “Pricing” section of your “Instructor Settings” (click on your profile photo/icon; select “Settings” from the drop-down options; click on “Instructor Settings” from the menu on the left, and then on “Pricing” below that.) Adjust your rates, and then click “Update Pricing” to save the changes.
If you need help determining a good rate, take a look at what other instructors charge (or other people in your industry), particularly those with similar education and experience and who teach similar types of sessions.
You are free to change your rates at any point and for any reason. However, we strongly encourage you to let your members know that you will be changing your rates so that they are not caught off guard. The new rate will automatically apply to all new sessions that your clients book with you on the platform, but not to those already booked and/or paid for.
