What do I do if my video isn’t working/the other person can’t see me?


First, check if your video is working. When your video is working, you’ll be able to see your recording in an inset in the top left of the streaming screen. If your video is working but the other person still can’t see you, the issue is likely on their end. They’ll need to walk through the steps below.

If your video isn’t working, check if your video is muted. In the bottom part of the streaming screen, there’s a camera icon. If the icon has a diagonal line through it, it’s muted. Click on the icon to unmute the video.

If your video still isn’t working, check that the camera on your device is on and that the browser has access to it. Initially, the browser will likely ask if you want to allow ZentasticFit to access your camera. If it’s not prompting you with that question, you can go into the browser settings and manually give the site access to your camera. Here’s how to change access settings in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.

If it still isn’t working, the old standby is to turn off your device and turn it back on again.
