Why can’t I access the session stream?
Sessions cannot be streamed until they have been paid for. Check to see that the session has been paid for (the “Payment Status” section of the sessions details page will either say “Paid” or “Not Paid”). Also, the stream only becomes available 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
If the session has been paid for and you are within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time, but you still can’t access the video stream, try some standard troubleshooting options:
- Refresh the page;
- Log out and back in;
- Clear your browser cache;
- Use an incognito window or a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, and Safari are your best options);
- Turn your device off and back on; and
- Try a different device.
