CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICIES

 

Services booked through ZentasticFit Platform are subject to a uniform 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

  • Clients have the opportunity to cancel (or request to reschedule) any Service at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the Service.
  • If a Service that has already been paid for and is more than 24 hours away is cancelled, whether by Client or Service Provider, ZentasticFit will provide a refund for the lesson, including the 3.5% service fee.
  • If a Service that has already been paid for and is less than 24 hours away is cancelled or missed by Service Provider for any reason, ZentasticFit will provide a refund for the lesson, including the 3.5% service fee. However, if a Client cancels within that 24-hour window, a refund or rescheduling of the Service may be provided at the sole discretion of their Service Provider.
  • If Client does not confirm the Service within 24 hours of its scheduled start time and does not pay for it, Service Provider may cancel the Service in order to be available for other Clients.
  • If a Service has already been paid for and Client misses said Service or does not show up for any reason, a refund or rescheduling of the Service may be provided at the sole discretion of Service Provider. It is Client’s responsibility to negotiate this refund or rescheduling of the Service with Service Provider.
  • If Service Provider is unable to conduct a Service at a scheduled time and asks for Client’s permission to reschedule a Service that is less than 24 hours away, Client has a right to decline Service Provider’s request for rescheduling and to submit a request for refund instead.
  • If Client wants to cancel or reschedule a Service that is less than 24 hours away, Client needs to communicate that with Service Provider directly as ZentasticFit will not be able to provide a refund in such an instance. 
  • In cases when Service Provider allows Client to reschedule a Service that is less than 24 hours away at the time of rescheduling, the Service is no longer considered as subject to potential refund by ZentasticFit.

Please note: in order to ensure refunds, all communication about booking, cancelling and rescheduling Services must take place on the ZentasticFit platform.
