What do I do if my audio isn’t working/the other person can’t hear me?

 

If the issue is that you can’t hear the other person, check that your speakers are on and/or that your headphones are plugged in. If you still can’t hear the other person, the issue is likely on their end. They’ll need to walk through the steps below.

If the other person can’t hear you, check if your audio is muted. In the bottom part of the streaming screen, there’s a microphone icon. If the icon has a diagonal line through it, it’s muted. Click on the icon to unmute the audio.

If your audio still isn’t working, check that the microphone on your device is on and that the browser has access to it. Initially, the browser will likely ask if you want to allow ZentasticFit to access your microphone. If it’s not prompting you with that question, you can go into the browser settings and manually give the site access to your microphone. If it still isn’t working, the old standby is to turn off your device and turn it back on again.
